how numerology helped me overcome burnout,

Ditch the Good Girl, and Finally Run the Show

— My story, Your permission slip

There was a time when I cried on the way to work.
Every. Single. Day.

I was a high-functioning good girl. A box-ticker. A perfectionist PA in a job that drained the life out of me.
On the outside, I had it all together.
Inside? I was burned out, disconnected, and deeply unfulfilled.

I wasn’t just exhausted — I was lost.
Not because I didn’t know who I was, but because I had silenced her. For years.

The girl who already knew

As a teenager, I knew things.
I’d read every spiritual book I could get my hands on in my dad’s bookshop — especially the ones on numerology.
I was intuitive, curious, and fascinated by the idea that numbers could hold messages from the soul.

But life happened.

I found myself in a disastrous marriage.
One that didn’t honour who I was, what I felt, or what I needed.
And so I did what many women do to survive:
I switched off my intuition.
Because if I listened to it, it would scream at me to leave.
And at that time, I wasn’t ready to hear that.

So I numbed out.
Got on with it.
Ticked the boxes.
And ended up in a corporate job I hated, wondering why my life felt so flat and meaningless.

The soul map I’d forgotten

It wasn’t some magical lightbulb moment.
It was more of a remembering.

A quiet nudge from the past:
“Do you remember who you used to be?”

I found my way back to numerology — not through a trend or a TikTok scroll, but through a soul-deep pull back to what I already knew to be true.

And when I revisited my numbers, it all made sense:

Life Path 7 — the soul-searching mystic. I wasn’t meant for shallow work. I was here to seek meaning.
Destiny 7 — spiritual teacher and guide. I’d always known there was more.
Birthday 11/2 — the Master Messenger. Intuitive, emotionally intelligent, here to uplift and heal.
Soul’s Desire 22/4 — another Master Number. The grounded visionary. Here to build something that makes a difference.
Personality 3 — warm, expressive, magnetic. Me — when I wasn’t hiding.
Maturity 5 — freedom was always the goal. No wonder I’d felt trapped for so long.

It wasn’t just interesting — it was activating.
It was a mirror I couldn’t look away from.

I finally saw the truth of who I was — and more importantly, who I was never meant to be.

The rebuild

Once I reconnected with my blueprint, I couldn’t live out of alignment anymore.

I left the job.
I left the marriage.
I retrained in holistic therapies — not because it was trendy, but because it felt like soul-reclamation.
I built my business from scratch.
And I didn’t just survive.
I thrived.

I became booked out, award-winning, respected in my field.
I started helping other women come home to themselves.
And I now earn so much more doing my soul’s work than I ever did sitting at a desk trying to fit in.

Let that land.

The version of me who once sobbed in office toilets would never have believed it was possible.
But it was. And it is.

Your permission slip

I’m not telling you this to impress you.
I’m telling you because if you feel stuck, stretched thin, emotionally numb, or like you’ve forgotten who you are… I see you.

I was you.

Numerology was the tool that brought me back to myself.
It helped me ditch the good girl.
Reclaim my energy.
And finally run the damn show — not out of ego, but out of deep alignment.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you to be someone else.

And that remembering?
It’s already inside you.

If something in this story stirred something in you… follow that.
Your numbers are not random. They’re a map — back to the version of you that’s powerful, clear, and deeply aligned.
When you’re ready, I’d be honoured to help you decode yours.
